Amber Palace
Amber Palace situated at Amber used to be the capital of the Kachhwaha Rajputs before moving down to Jaipur in 1728. Construction of the Amber fort was started by Raja Man Singh I who was an Army Commander of Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1592 and it took another two centuries to complete it by Raja Jai Singh and Sawai Jai Singh. This palace is made up of red sandstone and white marble and depicts the fusion of Mughal and Hindu architecture.
Central Museum- Jaipur
Central museum located in Ramnivas Garden is one of the oldest museums in Jaipur constructed under the supervision of British Army officer Lt. Swinton Jacob in 1876. This museum is made in architectural resemblance of Victoria Hall in England and executes Indo-Sarcenic architectural style.
Hawa Mahal-Jaipur
Hawa Mahal is an important landmark of Jaipur city. This Mahal is an integral part of City Palace but it is situated opposite to the Palace. It is an elevated façade in pyramidal shape built in 1799 by the poet King Sawai Pratap Singh in architectural expertise of Mr. Lal Chand Usta.
Jaipur-The Pink City of India
Jaipur, located in Northern India and the capital of the State Rajasthan is popularly known as Pink City due to the fact that most of the building in the city is painted with pink color. Udaipur - City of Lakes
Udaipur- which is popularly known with names like City of Lakes or Venice of the East is indeed a most beautiful city in the state of Rajasthan. City is beautifully adorned with Pichola Lake, Fateh Sagar Udai Sagar and Swaroop Sagar, surrounded by ancient Aravalli Mountain. Established in 1599 by Maharana Udai Singh, son of the legendary Maharana Pratap of Mewar, this city was the capital of the kingdom of Mewar.
